All you need is a laptop computer or Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) with 802.11b (or “Wi-Fi”) wireless LAN card.

You can either pay by credit card or by a subscription plan. Rates are available on the initial screen you see when you login. Some locations also offer pre-paid cards.

Once your laptop or PDA is wireless-enabled, simply launch your Internet browser and follow the instructions on the login page.
